Way to go Mo.
Especially Mo in the first half. Good win for the Cavs tonight. Lebron looks a little more confortable with those around him as well.

LBJ is LBJ... He looks that good most of the time.

Tonights game was all about three things.

Howard got in early foul trouble...

Lewis didnt play...

And Mo had a great game.

Lewis will be around come playoff time.

We cant count on Howard getting in foul trouble... But yes he does tend to let it happen more than he should.

As for Mo... Dang it! where the heck was this game in last years playoffs.... 28 pts. 12 of 20 FG, and 6 Ast....

Like I have always said... LBJ doesnt need tons of help.
But he does need some help.

If I could count on Mo doing this in the playoffs.. I would rest easier.. But after last year, I just cant.

I hate to keep saying it.
But Z just looks like a stiff out on the floor.

Trade him Danny.....

Oh, and it looks like getting the other stiff Varejao out of the starting line up has helped...

Its just a shame Ferry figured it out 6 years 48mill too late.
8 mill a year for Varejao... Nice job Danny.

Check the annals: Only one time in the last 30 years has a team with just one star finished as champion. And that crew, Hakeem Olajuwon's 1994 Houston Rockets, beat another team in the Finals, Patrick Ewing's New York Knicks, that featured just one star.

Nowadays, every club in the title hunt, except Cleveland, is stacked with stars.

Boston has three future Hall of Famers and a budding perennial All-Star in Rajon Rondo, not to mention four-time All-Star Rasheed Wallace. Orlando has Dwight Howard, Vince Carter, Rashard Lewis and Jameer Nelson. San Antonio has Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker and Richard Jefferson.

And in L.A., the Lakers have five guys with all-star ability: Kobe, Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum, Ron Artest and Lamar Odom.

Want to throw in the Denver Nuggets? They have at least Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups.

Meanwhile, LeBron's going to war with a 37-year-old Shaq (11 points, 7 rebounds a game) and Mo Williams, who while good is somewhere between the 11th- and 15th-best point guard in the league.

First, he'd be going to someone else's team, although the Heat would immediately go from being D-Wade's team to LeBron-and-D-Wade's team. Even though LeBron's the better overall player (I think), there'd be no 1 and 1A, just two 1s.

Nope.

The Cavs are at 50.3 mill for next year already.

The Cap is expected to be between 50.4 and 53.6 mill.

So.... Unless the "all-star" is looking for a mid-level exception type deal...
Cleveland will NOT be in the race for any of the 2010 all stars.

Unless of course LBJ leaves...

That would clear another 17 mill off the cap (taking us to around 33 mill) and then we could go after someone.

But the Cavs will not have the room to bring in another "all-star" to play with LBJ.

Again, unless of course he is willing to sign for the mid-level..... Good luck with that.

Amen!

Hakeem is the only one I ever saw do it alone.

Now he did have several very good players with him...
Much better than LBJ has...

But yes, he was the only top tier player on that team.

On a side note...
Jordan playing baseball might of had something to do with it as well...

But you are speaking exactly to the point as to why I think Cleveland needs to make a trade this year.

Basketball is so overrated when it comes to their players. When Michael Jordan retired, the NBA needed a Michael Jordan type to retain the fans interest. LaBron James is way overrated. There wil never be a Bird or Magic again.

Just watch hockey.

Not to ditch Bird and Magic but Lebron will be better Lebron a better defender and to athletic and fast offensively and if he shoots like he is now Lebron is only compared to Oscer and Jordan along with Kobe and Wade im keep saying this they all are better then Magic and Bird just look at Bird and Magic team they each played with 3 Hall Famers and Bird played with 4 Hall famers but Kobe already has more rings, Kobe already better to me and Larry Bird is overrated his defense isnt great and his passing came with a great team and rebounding was very average no records and Magic had stars like worthy out playing him in the finals 1 year Lebron and Wade and Kobe only wish if their players could out play them for once Micheal Jordan is the Greatest then Russell Magic and Bird are overrated if you really look John Stockton was the purist form of point gaurds Magic not overrated but you put Lebron down for Magic and Bird i just dont think they are better Lebron,Wade and Kobe should only be compared to MJ no one esle because their game changers on defense and in the clutch they will have nights only compared to MJ, Bird and Magic only wish they could play like Mj thats what makes Lebron and Kobe and Wade so great their the only ones who plays like MJ and many ways SO GEE SHUT YOUR CRAP AINT ITS FUNNY EVERYONE TARGETS LEBRON THEY WAKE UP AND THEY SAY IM GOING TO HATE LEBRON TODAY GET A LIFE JERK OR SOMETHING AND FUCK HOCKEY LEBRON WOULD KILL THEM FUCKERS ON ICE.

THATS BECAUSE MJ RETIRED THINK OF IT PEOPLE SAY THE NBA IS DEAD IMAGINE MJ STAR POWER TAKING AWAY FROM THE 90S IT WOULDNT BE AS GREAT AS PEOPLE REMEMBERED IT THATS WHY I SAY LEBRON ,WADE AND KOBE WILL BE THE TOP 5 PLAYERS ALLTIME KOBE HAS A CHANCE TO BE THE GREATEST PLAYER EVER BECAUSE MJ WOULD HAD STRUGGLE TO NOW CONSIDER HOW SMART DEFENSE PLAY THEN THE 90S THE 90S WOULD THROW YOUR WHOLE TEAM AT YEAH ESPCIALLY DETRIOT AGAINST MJ THEY THREW THEIR WHOLE TEAM AGAINST HIM LEBRON AND WADE AND KOBE WOULD PICK THAT DEFENSE APART WITH THEIR SMARTNESS MJ WAS GREAT BUT HE WASNT THE SMARTEST PLAYER EITHER AND CONSIDERING THE FOUL AND CONTACT RULE MJ WOULD BEEN IN FOUL TROUBLE A LOT TODAY THE REASON WHY I SAY BIRD AND MAGIC IS A LITTLE OVERRATED BECAUSE PEOPLE TEND TO SAY THEIR BETTER THEN LEBRON OR WADE AND KOBE BUT LOOK AT THEIR SQUADS WE PUT DOWN KOBE BUT MAGIC PLAYED WITH HALL OF FAMERS AND BIRD JORDAN WAS BY FAR BETTER THEN THEM JORDAN WAS THE ENTIRE OFFENSE , NO STAGE WAS TO BIG FOR HIM SCOTTIE ADDED BUT MJ WAS THE OFFENSE LEBRON WADE AND KOBE CLOSEST THING SINCE MJ THEY ARE BETTER DEFENDERS THEN MAGIC AND BETTER SCORERS THEN BIRD AND MAGIC AND MORE CLUTCH.
