Finding it very hard to support the Clippers these days in light of their owner Donald Sterling being exposed as a racist. Keeping black and hispanics out of his Korea Town Apts was appalling. His attorneys comments about him paying over 2 million dollars just to keep from going to court is so bogus. 2 million is 2 million. Even to him that's not a drop in the bucket. The evidence would have done him more damage and shed light on his bigotry. I wonder what his player's take on this situation is. I hope it's not one of "just as long as he pays me, i don't care", but it wouldn't surprise me at all.

The photo of him with the LAT news story made him look like he was 99 years old ... quite different from the youthful photo that always runs with his "Donald T. Sterling, Humanitarian of the Year" ads.
In Friday's LAT his latest ad is about a charity dinner for an asthma foundation -- I noticed that all of the "honorees" in the tombstone mug shots are white. |
