Why exactly do I say this? If this Heat team is unable to accomplish the ultimate goal of winning an NBA championship this season, all of the blame will be directed at Erik Spoelstra.

it is not all his fault but i never see him get in a player's face when they screw up every time a player screws up or they lose a game he tries to smooth things over instead of telling it like it is he is with a team with alot of strong personalities sometimes they need someone to kick them in the butt he doesn't have a strong personality he always trying to philosophize why the lost or why a player didn't play well i want a coach to give praise were praise is due and let a player know when he is screwing up or he is not playing up to his potential'''

D-wade had an in his face coach before (Riley) and it was his desire to have Spolestra be his replacement. D-wade thinks he can win another ring without the drama.
