how to get into the nba??

I'm a 16 year dude working hard on the court probably 5-6 times a week and 2-3 hours effectively. I try to play with the best players on the local team and i bet I get better every time I do that. I'm actually one of the best player in my school team but i really need your help to get into the nba, i really want to advance. I need y'all to do this for me and i will appreciate and be grateful. NBA scouting is as comprehensive a system as Major League Baseball. When somebody tells you that "if you are good enough, they will find you," they are not kidding. But even if that fails, you as a player can take advantage of various tools like NBA Pro-Am's that take place in cities all over the nation, especially in NBA cities.

Prospective players can actually call an NBA team and get information on their Pro-Am programs.

From there a player will probably get invited to either a NBA preseason camp or an NBDL tryout. NBDL tryouts were actually held in late June, the week after the draft.

Once you are a player in the NBA "system," scouts have your information and keep tabs on you. Problem is that they look for not only potential, but IMPROVEMENT as well. If your potential does not come to fruition in a few years, they probably will loose interest.

im 15,6ft 1 hopefully going to be 6ft 5 or around that when im fully grown,shooting guard,can drive quite well,incresingly good handles,good mid range shooting,can shoot 3's when needed and i can see the floor quite well for my age and position.
ive gone to italy for a tournament and our team came second in the tournament overall,next year we hope to go back and take the trophy home.i play everyday and try to get better everyday and i never stop untill everything on the court is just right.im also from england and play for portsmouth.

im 7'2 n i wanna play center for the nba and im bearly 17!

iam an allround player I recieved an award for being in the top 20 scorers my age in new zealand. Im 6foot 140pounds am 16 and a half and play starting shooting guard for my high school under19 team. My free throw percentage is 87%, behind the arc last season was a whopping 72%!!!! and field goal was 64%. I also got MVP award and am in the top 5 players in my school and top 3in league. During the holidays i pracise train and play pickup games 5-10 hours jus bout daily....during school weeks i train prbli only 2or3hours daily...all this not including weight training, cardio, jump and speed training...Basketball is my life literally and its wat i want and have to do after leaving school. I study and luk up to guys like kobe bryant he is my inspiration and motivation to doing anything not just on the court. One day i want to be just as great as him its a long and hard dream but its wat drives me. nxt year playing for under19 auckland rep team then a new zealand league and then try to get into bigger leagues. I averaged 18points, 3assists,3rebounds, 1block and 2steals last season.season high was 34.
