Big Ben's band is back

For a franchise that endured answering questions about Dennis Rodman's muzzled German shepherd on Bulls Media Day, vintage 1996, Monday night at the Berto Center seemed subdued, if not equally silly.

Coach Skiles is really showing some class in allowing the team to make the headband decision. I wonder if big Ben can show equal class by not allowing himself to be an exception, but rather, a good teammate by following all the rules whether he likes them or not. Should be interesting.

I don't think this is a big deal either. Let Wallace wear his headband. It's part of his signature.

I've been a Bulls fans from about 1989 to the present. I stuck with them even after the first and second departure of Jordan. I'm from Michigan and was never a Piston fan. The only time I went to Piston games in Detroit was when they played Chicago. I'm in my late 20's and I really think the NBA has taken on a down fall. Back in the day of clean cut players, somewhat long shorts were fine. Most players had shaved heads. They came to the arena in suits, like coming to the office. That was there job. Now it's baggy jeans and a dress shirt. Thats after the new dress code. What a joke. Oh I forgot about the 100 pounds of chains hanging from there neck. Really why do that? Oh ya to show how much money you make. What a JOKE. I have nothing against tattoo's, I have a couple. But the afro, headband, cornrows and sleaveing your arms in tattoo's, the shorts hanging down to your feet crap is a joke. When Scottie Pippen played for the Blazers the whole team sported headbands, even Scottie. When I seen that he lost my respect as a follower to these young 18-19 year old punk thugs in the game today. Ben started fresh in Chicago. You don't need a stupid headband to play the game. Shave the hair!!!!!!! problem solved. This is Big Ben the Bull. Not the Piston.

Ben Wallace is horrible for the Bulls franchise because he is self centered and doesn't care about winning just the money

Bob, you're a moron :D The bears do suck though, and so do the White Sox, not the cubs, they had a good season.> See Bob, when a team has a good season the ydon't suck.. Kinda how it works, welcome to sports. And Big Ben is an individual, with individual style, I say screw the headband rule, let Ben wear one if he wants. Accepting diversity is part of growing up, won't you join me guys?
