No whining. No drafting. No fun.

Full story: Farmington Daily Times

There was a lot of whining goin' on. When Michael Waltrip bump-drafted Jimmie Johnson during practice last week, the Big Guys at NASCAR pretty much didn't like it.

Thanks for sharing. I hope that NASCAR decides to pull it's head out of it's ever so large azz and let the boys race. It seems the chase is very one sided on the parts of NASCAR.

You can watch grass grow instead, and you don't even have to put any work in. Question is, why aren't you doing that instead of posting here? Is whining more entertaining for you?

I want to give you a name and number... you call this person and tell'em I sent'cha and they'll see that you get hooked up.

I'm not holding my breath on that one.

I think it will take a few more bad years of attendance for them to do anything. But by then it might be too late.

Sorry, Amy. No. That was just a lost NASCAR hater trying to find their way to a forum about something they dont hate so much. I was being kind in showing them the door.

Oh that is so true. It is SOO not a sport. Point taken.
Now if that is all...

And Amy - it's going through transitions, its going to mix itself up a bit. With the big change-over to the COT, there's been many many changes and a lot of fans are panicking like its dying, but we should at least consider the possibility that it was going to get worse before it gets better.

And basically, not the best time for a team to start dominating, which ties in with not the best time for teams to be making changes. Maybe not the best economy for manufacturers. Not the best time for rule changes. And NO time is the best for Junior Nation's guy to have such a nasty season. Not a good time for a driver to have drug charges. Not the greatest time to for the yellow line to result in one of the most wicked wrecks we've seen in ages...

We have the perfect recipe for panic, and for haters. More stuff to complain about, more stuff to shuffle blame around for.

And on the other end of the spectrum, Tony, Martin, and Montoya did extremely well, and the 48 team is going for a new record. Not much for countering the obvious reality of NASCAR having its own worst season...

They better hurry up, cause I don't think it will take a few yrs. IMO it is happening now, but the true picture will be next yrs attendence and buying NASCAR msde. Next yr I believe is when they will feel the hurt. JMHO

But is it just Mike Helton that comes up with the rules and ideas that are implemented?

According to Nascar, i.e. the France family, the racing has never been better....and its the economy that is keeping people away.

If they lose more money next year, so be it. They are putting a crappy product (the COT, and rules that are arbitrary at best), they get what they deserve.

Brian France will go down in history as the a** who buried his family business. How fitting.

His ego is too big to admit he might be the problem.

Like they say, the first generation (Bill France Sr.) makes the money, the second generation (Bill France Jr.) expands on that money and the third generation (Brian France) loses the money.

Brian France is destroying this sport, all in the name of money. Why did he NOT revenue share the millions in TV money, with the smaller teams? Why do they constantly change the rules without so much of a warning to anyone? Why are they constantly lying and whistling a happy tune that the sport is hunky dory? The sport is dying a not too fast death, and will turn out to be the IRL sooner rather than later.

I couldn't have said it any better. You have to be a real loser (i.e. alpinedigital) to think that this crap is entertaining anymore. It just takes a real small mind I guess - like fat Helton, the Drunken Baby Whale, and Mr. Magoo.

At least we can still count on that talentless hack, Michael (POS) Waltrip, to go drunk driving and roll his SUV or run over a biker and stumble back home in his socks.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Leo

The atmosphere is highly combustible today, with people getting in a stew over the smallest little thing. You will also have a tendency to get hot under the collar, especially if someone isn't doing things as quickly as you'd like. Try to stop yourself getting in a rage because once that happens it will be difficult to cool down again. Maybe you need some fresh air?
