btw, the pc-'NOT' police is here at the dispatch. they took off my harmless, politically CORRECT jokes. if it weren't so sad, what's happening here in the u.s. would be laughable. i know damned well that people are laughing at Americans for their loss of a once great free society to a communist pink mafia disguised as p.c.

The most stupid part of it is that Montoya isn't even from Mexico! He's from Colombia! They don't eat "tacos" in Colombia. That stupid comment is like saying someone from Ohio is out drinking tea...just because they drink tea in England! Colombia and Mexico both speak Spanish, but that remark just shows plain stupidity.

I am a Mexican and I did not find Grease's comments offensive. As I'm sure Italians wouldn't get offensive if one of their breteran was asked if they were out eating pizza.
It amazes me that people will call someone an idiot because they want others to socially polite in the public outlets. I agree that anybody should say whatever they want and where ever they want, but their are consequences to that as well. Freedom of speech also entitles people not to say stupid remarks. Grease's comment was stupid not because it was recially insensative but because it was a poor attempt at being funny. Shame on ESPN for not noing the difference. And you trashing the American education system is "insensitive" to Americans, correct? You are not Grease. How would you know it was racially motivated? Are you assuming it was racially motivated because he is white? Would it be ok if a hispanic comedian stated it? Situations like this one are interesting because it brings to light many underscoring topics of discusion in our society in which most folks are afraid to talk about in fear they will be labeled "insensitive" by socialists who have compiled terms such as "insensitive" to promote fear.

Hispanic people don't all eat the same type of foods any more than all English speakers do. Hey you speak English - you must love vegemite! It's a nonsequitor.
