Last year him and Kennedy were toe to toe a lot. Mikey would say things like "Don't get smart with me". And "You tried that 8 races ago and it still doesn't work are you telling me you don't know what else to do?".
I think Mikey has caught himself getting to the point of saying something he's going to regret and scaled back this year. I think Mike knows his behavior is detrimental to the entire team when he overdoes it. He's made some smart remarks to Bootie, but nothing like last year I'd say.
