Teresa Earnhardt wants Junior at DEI

I am sure that Dale Earnhardt built and created Dale Earnhardt Inc. with the plan and wishes that his children became a big part of the company. Teresa is a good business person and she HAS to realize that without Dale Jr there would be no DEI. Dale Jr has shown that he is and has the potential to be a good part of the company and it's future. She has to do everything possible to get along and let Dale Jr as well as Kelly and Kerry and Taylor Nichole be part and the future of the company.

I am sure Theresa wants that. The thing is Theresa and Dale have had a good relationship in the past. Some things have changed and I dont think its Theresa. She is saying some things to have Junior think about how he is behaving lately. Hes not been behaving too well, especially if those pictures up with his Girl was taken before she was 21 drinking at one of his parties. She is trying to make him think about things, he seems to be making some mistakes in regards to his "how he acts, and the young girls"....again and again.

Its not about how he is racing and he is good at the buiness stuff so is kelley, kerry and taylor nichole....junior has alot of growing up to do for a 32 year old man....

well, it's good to hear things are going well. Hopefully everything will work out... which i'm sure will.

JR. needs to grow up and learn how to work with people.He has had alot handed to him because of Dale Sr.Teresa should not let him intimidate her,especially after his less than impressive run last year.
