Well do you think I'll get massacred if I dare say that Jr did that on purpose and had it been anyone else they would have been penalized.

Jr was off on Sunday and everyone paid for it.

I don't think he did it on purpose, He just had an off day.

My Mom said Jr. must have been hungover to have such a bad day.

He usually owns up when he makes a mistake but not this time. He seemed very defensive and whiny. I hope NASCAR at least fines him this week.

Fine him for what? An accident that happens all the time on Restrictor Plate tracks? Get real. He didn't seem to be all that whiny, but he was defensive when asked if it was on purpose or not.

They're not going to fine their golden child. It's all good. What goes around, comes around. If he insists on racing like that, it won't take long for someone better to come along and show him what his place is.

I do not know how to Paste & copy but there is a video called ( Brian Vickers: Revenge ) Its pretty good .

I sure agree with 14-Patti-18 - "it won't take long for someone better to come along." It wouldn't take much to be better than Dale Jr. Pit box screw up twice in 1 day? Oh, wait, I forgot - the 2nd one wasn't really anything wrong. RIGHT!!! I really like Dale Jr., but I am underwhelmed with his driving/race skills.

Leffler got a 5 lap penalty for doing what Jr did.

Hey Kenseth basically said on Letterman last night that he's not stupid enough to say anything bad about Jr.

best thing about Daytona is that anyone can win, pit stalls don't matter, everyone races for position all race long cause if they don't, they get left behind.

worst thing about Daytona is when NASCAR decides to start the race 2 hours later than usual so it could not get to the best part... the finish...no, a rainout is NOT a finish.. Matt, good guy that he is led 7 laps because of the caution... had the caution not happened,,, he would have been passed... so Matt was in the right place at the right time... but being that NASCAR says Daytona is the biggest race of the year... they should not EVER finish it in any other way than green flag racing or a yellow after the crash on the last lap, but at least the leader will have earned his win.

The pit mess ups really surprised me. They showed Jr practicing pits stops on Saturday.
