Edwards defends character after Keselowski crash

Edwards just needs to shut up and move on. We all know what he did and it made him look like a fool in my book. His day will come and his butt will get knocked around. The sooner the better.

How can one defend what one does not yet have?

that cry baby puss bag keselowski can crash everyone and say it was intentional when he wins but when he gets crashed out he didnt mean to. at least carl has the balls to man up and say I crashed that p.o.s.

I used to like edwards a lot, I thought he was one of great the drivers out there , But what I saw tonight I can never support him again , He cleary should have been 2nd place tonight, but no , he steels the win from a young driver ," YOU MUST FEEL VARY PROUD OF YOUR SELF CARL ", I feel very bad from what I saw ," AND I HOPE THE OFFICIALS HAVE THE BALLS TO TAKE THIS WIN BACK FROM YOU ", "Hopely aflac well find a better driver "

I totally agree with that. I really have a bad feeling about Carl, because I respected him a ton when he went all out to do everything he could to catch Johnson for the championship but he hasn't won a cup race since and I think it's eating away at him. He needs a good shrink and many long sessions. And probably needs to vent his frustration and maybe have his ass whooped too.

And then fine him and park him for a few, then let him back in the game and give Brad his pay-back. lol

I so hate Carl right now, and yeah - mainly because I respected him right up until Atlanta.

It has taken some time, however, I have come to the conclusion that Carl Edwards is a lying punk. I know that Brad and Carl have had previous problems and both can be said to be at fault, however, Carl violated a basic law of circle track racing last night. One, if not the most, cowardly things you can do is to intentionally hook the right rear quater pannel of a fellow driver and cause him to go driver's side first, against the wall. This has been an unwritten rule for decades, Iron Head Earnhardt was criticiced for it when he did it to Waltrip at Richmond in the 80s, Kyle Petty was criticiced for it when he did it to Davy Allison after the checkered in one of the all star races. Somebody needs to take a monkey wrench to the big head of one Mr. Carl Edwards and give him an attitude adjustment. I would hope that the basic lack of success of the complete Roush organization is part of the blame for Edward's punkish behaviour, however, NASCAR needs to take him to the trailer and MAKE him understand that the obvious attempt to place another driver in a situation where injury or even death could result is not acceptable.

There are 42 other cars in cup and nationwide races and ole carl says its ok to crash someone out.well have at it boys.the first one to take ole carl out is my new hero.

I see you are from Missouri. Carls/ mr eds friend; Carl is a an As-hole---/ ah shucks type of guy. not really balls!!he is two faced. his haircut made him look more stupider. showed those teeth more.. how was it his race to win? Brad had the best car all laps. Carl is jealous. all season, he has not run well in the NW or Sprint series. He will get his eventually. we are all praying & hoping, he will get docked points, fined. he admited on live tv, he did it on purpose. good riddance . He could have killed someone. it was NOT his race to win. Put that in your sick pipe . Brad is not my favorite driver but Carl was wrong. he is not a racer. HE is the POS!!!!

I think Carl should not be allowed to drive in the nationwide series anymore.. Nationwide can make it THEIR issue saying "we do not promote aggressive driving and Carl's wrecks would have been premeditated MURDER on the street.."

the true pity is that up until Carl crashed Brad out purposefully, that was the BEST race of the season in both series.. I was just thinking how it is a pity that nationwide does not have the same fan base because that is often times more competitve racing.. the thing is that Carl needs to think about this... Brad had the race won how many times but a late caution pulled somebody next to him for numerous restarts.. Carl the PUNK needs to be checked for steroid use,, then he needs to be PARKED forever in the nationwide series.. and he needs to be told how lucky he is that they are not allowing Brad to have payback because Brad seriously owes Carl.
