After last year, looks like Nascar made sure all of the 2011 Chase drivers made it this year.

The problem last year was the timing. It was during the chase and in the middle of two races that weren't very close to each other. Another issue with last year's timing was that it was at that part of the season where teams and drivers are firming up sponsors for the next year. Almost everyone that didn't go last year had valid reasons for not being there and this year the NASCAR powers that be along with White House scheduling put the appearance during the spring and timed it with the test at Dover. Teams would already be in the area and it would not take away from the day-to-day operations of the team.
