They both need to be suspended. It was very stupid of Harvick to get out of his car and reach into Kyle Busch's for whatever reason. Then Busch hitting a driverless car could've hurt somebody yet alone could've injured harvick considering his arm was in the car when Busch excellerated. I don't know the whole deal because I was in the ER, but I saw that part at the end and thought it was uncalled for and I think they both deserve to be suspended for that alone.
