Judged: 1 1 1 He should have gotten out of the car and took the @ss-whooping he deserved from Harvick but then Harvick should have been waiting for Kyle in the garage and not try to settle it on pit road. |

Harvick is a HOT HEAD> he is sooo jealous of Kyle and Kevin started it, he got out of his car , reached thru the window and pounched Kyle. check out the video. Someone needs to take Harvick out big time. behind the woodshed. He is always yelling, cursing his crew, I do wonder if he treats his wife that way, and controls her. that is whey she never had any children. he is a big baby. I admit Kyle should not have bumped that car but lets do remember who began it on/off the track. |

Judged: 3 3 2 http://bit.ly/in5uG4 < Youtube On Twitter, I got a message saying that inspection revealed Kyle HAD lost reverse gear. You can hear somebody hitting a rev limiter in the vid. Its obvious to me he was trying to avoid further incident with Harvick. He wasnt even gonna follow him down pit road. Harvick wasn't going to allow him to avoid him, and as he saw Kyle close enough behind him on pit road, he stopped, blocking Kyle from proceeding forward. If somebody blocks u and tries to come attack you, you should have the right to push your way past. Leaving a car unattended in the middle of a traffic lane that has speed limits and safety protocols in effect is wrong in my opinion. It doesn't matter if someone nudged it, leaned against it, or breathed on it wrong, that car is your responsibility at least until you park it in a pitbox and give control to a crew to push it back. A twitter msg from Harvick's guys explained that his car fired up when it was pushed, and it was under power going into the wall. I googled 'car unattended' to see if I could find any laws on the subject, and this is the first search result: http://bit.ly/jbF0D0 Watch enough court TV stuff and you find out just how those kinds of laws play into everyday situations and why. |

Judged: 1 1 1 I agree, I didn't hear about Kyle losing reverse but it was obvious that he changed gears at least twice before punting the car. Also, who gets out of a car and leaves it in neutral? |

Judged: 3 2 2 Left it in gear, shut down. Pushing it fired the engine back up. Here's DeLana's reaction during the race: good way to hurt somebody 18..... nice hook on the front straightaway..... ahole Hum,@KyleBusch walks into the trailer with a smirk on his face. Nothing funny about possibly hurting somebody.... I love her company on twitter - she's awesome. I wish she didn't have to put up with this crap. She should get the fire suit back on. lol Wow just stumbled onto a page full of GREAT K&D Harvick photos http://bit.ly/iLIxx8 Its too bad the women have to put up with men having pissing contests hahah |

Judged: 1 1 1 Harvick's action on pit road will get him fined as nascar will not want fighting in public by these drivers. jumping out of his car is also grounds for a fine. Kyle will prob not get any fine, but will be talked to so as to prevent future on-track incidents-----Harvick on the other hand will pay-back Kyle, prob in the all-star race. since it is for no points. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Shut down=ignition turnded off ignition turned off=no spark no spark=engine will not fire no matter how much you push it Basic auto mechanics, the car was in neutral. Harvick was still wrong, it should have been settled in the garage or on the track next week, neither of which would have brought the penalties NASCAR will be announcing on Tuesday. |

Judged: 1 1 1 I've driven standards for about 30 years and not once have I gotten out of one without a parking break set and in neutral if it was running or shut down and in gear. |

Judged: 1 1 1 I'm pretty sure race cars don't have a parking brake. In order for the car to "start" the car would have to be in gear with ignition "on". That doesn't make sense cause you would have to turn the ignition "off" to shut it down why would you flip it on again? If the car was in neutral it's a moot point the car wouldn't start or lurch if it was off or on. If the car started kh is pretty stupid for exiting car on active pit road with ignition switch on. All blame points to kh/rcr for the runaway car.... |
