Jeremy is a sue happy piss poor driver. This would be like his 4th suit aghainst a NASCAR body. GO HOME JEREMY. Honestly, calling the head medical officer of NASCAR a liar is brave.

The administrator of NASCAR's drug-testing program said Monday he personally told Jeremy Mayfield what banned substance was found in his positive test.
