Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch placed on NASCAR probation for the next four NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship points events until June 15.

Now, they were "punished" for "compromising safety on pit road" not for the on track beating and banging. I qouldnt be surprised if some aren't so keen to give others a whole lotta room on the track.
