Rained last night.We need it. Going to mow my neighbors yards today when it dries out.Going for a bike ride soon and don't forget to wear red white and blue and remember 9/11.Never forget.........

It's "RED FRIDAY"...Wear Red to support our troops.

Happy Weekend all. Windy as all heck here.This will be a challenging Cycle ride today.Worked all day yesterday and getting ready to move our new place at the end of the month.So much to do but it will be worth it. ;-) Wait till i post pics of this place.The bathroom is like a spa.Never had a bathroom this large with that Jacuzzi tub big enough for two people or more,lol..Shower is huge with jets all around and the shower head like a rain forest.Marble tile and window seats and three large windows.The kitchen is all being installed now with all new cabinets and wood(Laminate floor i picked out) Dang my Patient loves me,lol ...He needs me close by and being on the second floor is convenient.I picked out the paint and picked a great color of a soft beige and even the painters said i picked well and have good taste(Of course)The carpet comes next week,i picked that as well.It's beautiful.I will get pictures here when all done.

Correction so i don't get blasted by a fool is that the Jacuzzi tub is big like a outside Jacuzzi...not meaning a am taking a bath with 3 people...I know people have dirty minds,lol...It's that big and sunk in with Marble tile all around it.
My Patient thinks highly of me and is glad that Jeff and i will love this place.Cleo the cat will be happy too but it will take a bit for her to adjust.

Honor our Police Officers in your area as i cycling down to mine to give them a card Sept 15th.

Morning race fans! Cycling this morning and going to a local Restaurant for a charity later at noon to raise money for the "Uncle Sam Parade". Local and i ride past in on my route every day. 3 bands and Uncle Sam parade is Sunday. So hope it's a great turn out.Going to check it out as they should be setting up now. Have a great day all....;-)

Thank you sweet person..Well i went to a concert and promoted National Tell a Police Officer "Thank you day".I made my own shirt from my surgical blue scrub shirt,took a black Sharpie pen and lined it with red and rode my bike there and Jeff came later.Got the Autograph of the woman singer and the drummer and she announced to all probably 200 people there that it was National Tell a Police Officer thank you day.I was almost in tears as she pointed at me and said "Thank you".Thing is that nobody knows until you let them know what cause is important.I was proud to be the only one to promote this cause and she respected it. I am so happy...Plus i got the autograph of the promoter of the whole thing and tomorrow he will be at another location and funny thing is,he remembers me as the cycle gal all around doing things for causes.What a great day.

A great sunny day and concert in the park today from actually the promoter who signed my shirt yesterday.Jeff and i will go there tonight and rock out!!!!!! Uncle Sam Parade today as well and goes right by our upper block.What a great day it is...I so love NY.

Working the Ferrel cat project again this week.Have to work tomorrow with my patient as sears is delivering our new stove and refrigerator and i have to be there to open the door(Patient is double amputee)Busy Monday for me...But i did get to dance today at Powers Park..it was a blast.A friend that i see there all the time.We encouraged a down syndrome girl to dance with us and she was so happy.You have to support kids with what they did not deserve and she kissed me on the cheek after our dance"Priceless".
49'ers are doing well tonight yahoooeeeee!

Oh and i will post pics of our new apt that will knock your socks off.My wonderful neighbor Liz is invited for a Spa day in the Jacuzzi bath tub when we are moved in.She is a mother of three young ones and needs a day of spa.I told her i will miss her so much but we are not that far(just blocks)but i will miss her coming with coffee in the morning and sitting around at night being goofy,lol. I stay in touch with her on facebook and will continue to do so.She is a HOOT and makes me laugh till my tummy hurts.I love her like a little sister.She is a mere 29 so i am the oldy but goody older sis to her,lol.God Bless friends and good Neighbors.

Up early to let Cleo the cat out to carouse as usual she let's me know when it's time to go outside.5:25 am,so now i am awake posting on Facebook and having Tea.Hope you all have a great day.:-)Oh and although i love racing,Cycling is my passion so miles will get in today and all week before we have winter.
