“The worst is in the Rural and Regional Development Ministry where there are 2,442 Malays to 18 Chinese or 135.67:1 or less than one percent of the Chinese, and 26 Ibans & 18 Bidayuhs,” he said.

Whether you like it or not, either you support the facts and data given or not, there are remained data as facts about the number of Ibans recruited into the government servants,in Sarawak and Malaysia.

Otherwise how could the data about the Iban being employed in the Government are so few and so great in Ratio when compared to the Malays???

Pointing out that these are some of the examples, Chong said:“This clearly shows such unbalanced racial composition in the various gov't depts and ministries.

“It also clearly shows Najib’s 1Malaysia slogan is a mere slogan. There is no concrete policy to implement the concept,” he said, adding that he had been shouting about it for the last 2 years.

He said:“There is no improvement in the racial composition based on the racial breakdown in the gov't depts. Even in his dept it is worse than the average.

Lepas tu, pergi merayau2 tak tentu arah. Lama-kelamaan yang Perempuan Iban tu pun masuk jadi pelacur, menyundal di jalanan di merata2 bandar besar di Sarawak dan Semenanjung Malaysia.

SEBAB TU, DI JOHOR SAHAJA SERAMAI LEBIH 40,000.00 ORANG IBAN DAH BEKERJA JADI KULI2 DISANA. ADA YANG MENYUNDAL, ADA YANG BERKULI DENGAN CINA DAN MELAYU YANG KAYA2 DISANA....ADA ORANG IBAN NI KAKI MABUK AIR LANGKAU IBAN...tiap2 minggu ada saja BBQ kepala dan kaki ayam yang dibuang Cina dan melayu ke tong sampah dan lepas tu...maka datanglah Orang Iban membongkar tong sampah cari makanan dan bahan yang boleh diguna-pakai.....

Mereka macam anjing liar pada malam hari cari sesuap makanan kerana duit dah habis dibelanjakan untuk beli air langkau Iban... Yang Lelaki Iban tu pun dah jadi kaki minum air langkau Iban.Hisap dadah sana-sini. Mereka tu mahu easyway out.

Bila di tegur, bah, merajuk rajuk sampai merana dan memaki hamun pada sisiapa yang menegur. Kalau begini pula cara hidup mereka, mana boleh maju dan kaya? wang tu boleh lah terbang dari langit dan pokok?

Mungkin juga daun daun pokok mereke gelar terjelma jadi wang. Sangat malu lah aku jadi Orang IBAN SARAWAK. Semua pun tunggu orang semenanjung menolong, Orang Cina dan Melanau datang menolong.

Mereka mana ada idea, juga tak mampu mengimpot barang dari Jerman, Korea, America,USA, Italy,England... Paling paling pun barang sial china tu lah.

Sebab tu Kami Bangsa IBAN sekarang semakin BODOH DAN PENAKUT UNTUK MEMPERJUANGKAN HAK2 KAMI DI tanahair sendiri iaitu Sarawak.

Bandar besar Sarawak seperti KUCHING,MIRI,BINTULU,SIBU pun mereka jarang pergi dan tak pernah pergi pun....!!!

Mak bpak Bangsa Iban ramai yang bekerja jadi buruh kasar di kawasan perumahan Cina dan Melanau/Melayu di SELURUH NEGERI SARAWAK dengan gaji harian hanya RM15.00 sehari.

MEREKA(BANGSA IBAN INI) TINGGAL DI RUMAH KAYU BEDINDINGKAN "PLYWOOD" TERPAKAI PENUH DENGAN BEKAS CEMENT2.TIADA JENDELA PUN...TIADA ELEKTRIK,PAKAI LAMPU KEROSENE YANG DIBUAT DARIPADA BEKAS TIN SUSU KOSONG..dikutip daripada sampah Cina,Melanau/Melayu pada malam hari.

Ramai dah mencecah tahap miskin tegar lebih 90% IBAN hidup miskin tegar terutamanya di rumah panjang2 di kawasan pendalaman Sarawak....tapi siapa peduli...YB Iban/MENTERI IBAN makan sendiri2...rasuah sana-sini....SPRM cawangan Sarawak pun takut tangkap mereka sebab dah terlibat terima rasuah juga.

Walaubagaimanapun , YB IBan/MENTERI IBAN ni akan selalu menang dimana2 pilihanraya kerana mereka tipu bangsa Iban mereka sendiri, mereka kasih duit rasuah setiap pengundi sebanyak hanya RM20.00-RM100.00...lepas tu..menanglah mereka(YB IBAN/MENTERI IBAN) kerana Bangsa Iban sokong 100% mereka selepas terima dui rasuah undi.

Sebab tu kita gelarkan Bangsa Iban ni bangsa Terbodoh di Malaysia...mereka lagi sokong YB Iban/MENTERI IBAN yang telah mengkhianati mereka, bersekongkol merampas tanah NCR Mereka dengan syarikat perladangan di Malaysia.....kakkaaahhhhh

Sejak bila kebodohan Bangsa Iban ni...pandai pupus...saya jangkakan Bangsa Iban memang tak sedar2 dari membuat silap memilih calon YB Iban/MENTERI IBAN sebab mereka sangat Bodoh.

Ramai Bangsa IbAN DAH beranak sampai 20 orang..sampai tak dapat disara.sikit2 miskin trs msk bersamamu..TAPI sangat sedih saya melihat terlalu ramai Bangsa Iban ni ditolak oleh pentadbir TV3 kerana mereka bukan Melayu...!!

Program bersamamu khas untuk orang Melayu saja..itu pun Bangsa Iban dah sesat minta bantuan kerana mereka terlalu BODOH...tak tau tempat minta bantuan...!!!

Ramai PEREMPUAN Bangsa Iban jadi sundal jalanan di semua bandar besar di negeri Sarawak..lebih ramai lagi jadi perempuan sundal di JOHOR malaysia. Sekarang bilangan bangsa IBAN di JOHOR SAJA mencecah lebih 50,000.00.

Sebab itu sangat ramai bangsa IBAN buat maksiat sana sini lepas tu buang bayi!!keluar masuk lokap!!merogol!!makan dadah tak makan nasi!!tak cukup duit untuk beli dadah jd pencuri..bunuh orang..kesian betul i dengan bangsa Iban ni!!

ORANG IBAN terbahagi kepada Dua Puak. Satu Puak sangat patuh dan ta'at pada perintah Pak Uban (PEH MAU) SARAWAK. Mereka ini (IBAN SURUHAN @ ANJING IBAN @ YB IBAN/MENTERI IBAN) dengan suku-sakat kaum sekeluarga rela dijadikan ANJING untuk Pak Uban yg sekarang CM Sarawak.

Berkhidmat dengan penuh setia dan TEKUN pada Pak Uban...kalau Pak Uban suruh salak dan membaham bangsa Iban dekat Rumah Panjang,tidak tertangguh-tangguh lagi Orang Iban (IBAN SURUHAN @ ANJING termasuk YB IBAN/MENTERI IBAN)ini akan pergi ke Rumah Panjang membaham seTakat mana yang boleh bangsa Iban di sana....

Jadi anak-anak mereka (ANJING IBAN @ IBAN SURUHAN) pula berhempas pulas mempertahankan sedaya upaya mana-mana kaum Iban generasi baru yang hendak membantah dan nak membawa perubahan pada kaum Iban sekeluruhannya...DI SARAWAK.

Mereka ini ( ANJING PAK UBAN @ IBAN SURUHAN) digaji Pak Uban seketul daging saja kalau dapat membaham mana-mana anak Iban generasi baru yang cuba memberontak dari kongkongan Pak Uban di Sarawak.

Jadi pada pemerhatian saya ada dua puak forumer di sini, yang satu sedaya upaya bercakap berselindung melindungi fakta-fakta kenapa dan bagaimana Orang Iban sangat ketinggalan dari semua segi baik dari segi ekonomi,pelajaran dan menjawat pekerjaan dalam kerajaan dan perdagangan.

kalau dibandingkan dengan kemajuan yang dicapai oleh kaum Melanau Islam di sarawak...KAUM DAYAK LAIN seperti Orang ULU, BIDAYUH,ETC. JUGA MENERIMA NASIB YANG SAMA DALAM cengkaman kuat Pak Uban.

Cuma kaum Melanau Islam di Sarawak saja yang bermaharajalela memboloti semua peluang yang ada di Sarawak baik dari segi ekonomi, pelajaran dan menjawat pekerjaan kerajaan.....dan..

dan...Semua JAWATAN KERAJAAN YANG UTAMA DI SARAWAK DIPEGANG OLEH GOLONGAN MELANAU ISLAM INI yang seolah-olah mencerminkan TIADA BANGSA IBAN DAN DAYAKS LAIN YANG LAYAK MENYANDANG jawatan tersebut. Ini mungkin yang dinamakan Pak Uban SATU SARAWAK ATAU 1MALAYSIA OLEH PAK NAJIB....

Yang kedua lagi puak Bangsa Iban cuba mengetengahkan fakta-fakta dan sebab-penyebab kenapa dan bagaimana kaum Iban pada keseluruhannya sangat mundur,miskin,ketinggalan jauh dibelakang kaum lain terutama kaum Melanau Islam di sarawak.

Mereka ini cuba mengunkai fakta-fakta yang begitu lama terpendam selama 45 tahun bagaimana dan kenapa bangsa Iban ketinggalan dan mundur dari segala bidang baik bidang pelajaran,ekonomi dan menjawat jawatan Kerajaan.

Tetapi segala maksud jujur golongan ini selalu disalah ertikan dan diputarbelitkan oleh golongan Iban (TERMASUK YB IBAN OR MENTERI IBAN)yang bertaraf anjing pak Uban tadi....semata-mata kalau-kalau takut Orang Iban ramai tersedar dan bangun dari diperbodohkan oleh kaum Melanau Islam selama 45 tahun...

Mereka (IBAN SURUHAN @ ANJING IBAN @ YB IBAN/MENTERI IBAN) ini sangat takut kalau Pak Uban tau yang mereka tidak berupaya mempertahankan dan membendung fakta-fakta Iban didiskriminasi oleh kaum Melanau Islam tersebar luas dikalangan anak muda orang Iban DI MALAYSIA.

Mereka (IBAN SURUHAN @ ANJING IBAN @ YB IBAN/MENTERI IBAN) takut diterajang dan ditendang oleh Pak Uban kerana gagal dalam tugas-tugas mereka membaham orang Iban itu sendiri....

SUKU KAUM IBANS in the Federal Civil Service

KUCHING: There are only 13,882 Ibans and 7,108 Bidayuhs in the Federal departments and ministries out of 601,862 Malays and 57,578 Chinese.

These figures were released by the Prime Minister Department in reply to a question raised by the MP for Bandar Kuching Chong Chieng Jen.

During the recent sitting of Parliament, Chong had asked the Prime Minister to give the total number of civil servants in all the ministries & the racial breakdown of Malays, Chinese, Iban and Bidayuh up to 31 March 2011.

“Based on the reply given to my question in Parliament there is a big discrepancy between the Malays & Chinese, Iban & Bidayuh civil servants,” he said.

Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak should improve the racial composition of the civil service if he is really serious about implementing 1Malaysia concept.

“He has been shouting about the concept for the past 2 years, & yet the racial composition between the Malays & Chinese in gov't depts has not improved,” said Chong who is Sarawak DASP Secretary & state assemblyman for Kota Sentosa.

Quoting the reply, Chong who is the MP for Bandar Kuching said:“In the Prime Minister Dept, there are about 31,297 Malays to 797 Chinese or 39.27:1. This is about 2 percent.

“And there are only 412 Ibans & 279 Bidayuhs in the PM dept.

“The worst is in the Rural and Regional Development Ministry where there are 2,442 Malays to 18 Chinese or 135.67:1 or less than one percent of the Chinese, and 26 Ibans & 18 Bidayuhs,” he said.

Among the ministries mentioned by Chong included the following:

"Mereka kata bahawa mereka menerima surat dari YB Mong Dagang yang mengarahkan supaya saya tidak lagi diberikan subsidi kerana saya menyokong pembangkang," katanya.

Menurut Encik Frusis anak Lebi, pegawai berkenaan juga enggan mendedahkan surat itu, mungkin kerana takut, tetapi beliau akhirnya berjaya melihat salinan surat berkenaan pada 1 Mac lalu dari sumber-sumber yang ‘simpati’ terhadapnya.

Surat itu menuduh beliau menentang dasar kerajaan dan menyokong secara terbuka calon pembangkang pada pilihan raya negeri Sarawak April tahun lalu. Selain itu, surat itu juga menuduh Encik Frusis anak Lebi menyediakan bilik operasi untuk calon pembangkang.

"Sepanjang ingatan saya, rumah saya tidak pernah digunakan sebagai pusat operasi, saya hanya menggantung bendera pembangkang yang kemudiannya dirampas oleh ketua kampung dan dibakar," kata lelaki yang tinggal di Entualang Entawa, Sri Aman itu.

Elaun OKU juga dihentikan

Menurut beliau lagi, pada Oktober tahun lalu, kira-kira enam bulan selepas pilihan raya negeri, bantuan kebajikan orang kurang upaya RM300 sebulan yang diterimanya juga dihentikan.

NONE "Seseorang pegawai dari jabatan kebajikan berkata pendapatan saya telah melebihi jumlah yang layak dan saya tidak lagi layak menerimanya.

"Saya hanya dapat kira-kira RM500 sebulan dari hasil pertanian, pendapatan saya tidak stabil... tetapi mereka berkeras, saya tidak terdaya membuat apa-apa," katanya dalam nada kesal.

Encik Frusis anak Lebi berkata ketika itu, tidak terlintas di fikirannya, tindakan itu ada kaitan dengan politik sehingga subsidi pertanian beliau disekat pula.

Menurut laman web jabatan kebajikan, sebuah agensi di bawah kerajaan persekutuan, pekerja kurang upaya layak menerima bantuan elaun jika pendapatannya kurang daripada RM1,200 sebulan.

Walau bagaimanapun, Encik Frusis anak Lebi berkata bantuan kerajaan kepada anaknya yang berusia 35 tahun yang mengalami masalah pendengaran dan pertuturan tidak terjejas. Seorang lagi anaknya yang berumur 21 tahun bekerja di Johor.

Golongan miskin ditindas

Berikutan itu,Encik Frusis anak Lebi meminta nasihat dan Jumaat lalu, dengan bantuan ketua DAP cawangan Sri Aman Leon Jimat Donald, beliau membuat laporan polis berhubung perkara berkenaan.

NONE "Kita tidak tahu sama ada Mong (kanan) yang menulis atau menandatangani surat itu tetapi kita mahu polis menyiasat untuk mencari kebenaran," kata Leon ketika dihubungi.

Menurutnya, surat yang sama juga diedarkan kepada pegawai daerah mengarahkan mereka supaya semua bantuan kepada Frusis dihentikan.

"Bagaimana kerajaan negeri boleh menindas golongan miskin? Beliau menyokong parti pembangkang kerana kerajaan mencerobohi tanahnya tetapi mereka benar-benar jahil tentang nasib rakyat, ini benar-benar kejam," katanya.

Leon menambah beliau akan membantu Frusis dalam mengemukakan aduan dengan Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) atas dakwaan penyalahgunaan kuasa, apabila lelaki itu mempunyai masa lapang daripada menguruskan ladangnya.

YB Mong yang juga ADUN Bukit Begunan, Sarawak enggan mengulas dan juga mengesahkan atau menafikan jika surat itu dikeluarkan olehnya.
