Calif. plant will be expanded to treat Mexican sewage
The commission responsible for cleaning runaway sewage along the U.S.-Mexico border says it will upgrade an existing government wastewater plant in San Diego instead of paying a developer to build a new plant ... via KCOY-TV Santa Maria

This entire sewage treatment problem on the border has been a festering sore since the day it began. It's never been right, there are constant spills daily that shut down beaches for lengthy periods and the Mexicans do nothing and we have to clean up their 3rd world crap daily. Enough is enough. Start making them pay their share for a change.
