Razor-sharp concertina wire installed at U.S.-Mexico border

Is this to keep people out or in? Think about it.

The idea is to keep them in Mexico, and out of the United States. A wise old saying goes, "Strong fences make for good neighbors."

Unfortunately, while fences work to contain domestic livestock, they don't work so well for keeping out people. People are Intelligent enough beasts to own a pair of wirecutters. They laugh at fences. For those critters, you need men with guns.

Instead of building fences to help Mexico retain its domestic livestock, we need to be deploying snipers along the border to protect the USA from the illegals trying to sneak in.

I agree! We need troops on the border with big guns. The border jumpers will get the idea.

If "they" want to keep me in the USA,that's fine.
If "they" want to keep illegals out,that's fine too.

Is that group called Border Angels or Border "Angles"? Apparently one one was stupid enough to try out the fence, was treated for minor injuries and went back to MX. Too bad the pro-illegal groups don't like us protecting us!

under our constitution we as citizens have the right to bear arms and to form a militia if we feel we are NOT BEING PROTECTED BY OUR OWN GOVERNMENT. you tell me...... are we safe from all the border jumpers it looks to me like an act of invasion and I for one am going to protect my own.................

When our Federal Border Patrols return from Iraq. Things will change.
