First they are going to plant all these trees. Really should use that WASTED money to feed and house some of the people in Mexico. But the good thing is, this should help out tourism in Texas, along the Border. Tourists will not have to look at that dirty, nasty, corrupt country. Personally think it's just another scam by Mexico. First they plant all these tree along the border fence. When the trees get big, tall, the U.S. Congress will GIVE Mexico a BILLION $$$$$$ to buy chain saws, so the illegals can cut the trees down and climb over the fence. See, told you it was a scam.
