Now there is some common sense in action. Protect my rights as a gunowner, attack the criminals, search more cars. The only thing missing is the federal gov't which has been useless on this topic for 15 years. At least Texas has the right approach, shame on Clinton, Bush and Obama, shame on the last six Congresses and shame on the senate for doing NOTHING!
