CMG's attorneys said Monroe lived in California when she died, where there are posthumous publicity rights. Soni Law Firm, lawyers for Kelley and Greene disputed that, saying Strasberg had in other lawsuits testified under oath that Monroe was a New York resident at the time of her death. Evidently, Strasberg's idea of truth is optional (and flexible).
Last week, Roesler lost the suit against the New York photographer when Judge McMahon decided it didn't matter where Monroe lived when she died. Strasberg couldn't lay claim to the photo rights anyway.
This week, in California court, Roesler lost again with Judge Morrow - same issue, same ruling.

Hmmmm...Ms Fraud Miracle claims to have been born September 1946. I wonder how Marilyn was able to pose in endless bikini pics during that year, not to mention with Illustrator Earl Moran (nudes), while never showing she was pregnant. Marilyn clearly is not pregnant in August of 1946, when she posed in a white bikini for KFI Radio Station Seminar for Photographic Techniques (Ambassador Hotel). And other photographers too many pics of Marilyn during that year showing no signs of it. Andre de' Dienes, Joseph Jasgur, Richard Miller, Bruno Bernard, etc.
Sad how people want to be famous, that they will do anything to attach themselves to those who are.

she fired milton greene one of the photographers when she was still alive because he was ripping her off then too. the strasbergs and cmg are fighting with thieves like themselves. I have done research and spoken with the biographer behind the real person of marilyn monroe this is all true about her daughter

At first, I thought this must be Mark Bellinghaus saying this, but even he knows where she lived. And a daughter! Please. Marilyn would have NEVER let her own child go through what she did between Foster homes, orphanages. Sure, it wasn't acceptable to be single and a mother back then, but most things that Marilyn did were not acceptable back then. Don't you know who the Miracle's are????

Wow, did you get that wrong. Milton introduced Marilyn to Lee Strasberg! He carefully guided and managed Marilyn - and took the best photos of her ever taken. Marilyn lived with Milton for a couple years! They formed a company and did 2 movies!
The photographers were all very careful with the works produced of Marilyn. They would simply like to be able to USE these photographs. CMG has blocked all artists by threats of lawsuits for years. MMLLC has always "assumed" they have a right of publicity - incorrectly.
Without the beauty of these photos, what would you have?
MMLLC HAS no images - they sold everything owned by Marilyn at auctions, for 12-14 million.
Your so-called biographer didn't know Marilyn - the Greene family did.

Marilyn fired Greene in a letter. She never even met Greene until she was already a big star he was a photographer who insinuated himself into her life and fame just as strasberg and the rest did arthur miller couldn't stand him and never spoke to him again either....she marilyn, fired greene who worked for her, there is a letter in writing....don't believe what you read in books, chronology, chronology, law....law is chronlogy confuse chronology to destroy the truth and law. that's how it's done.....
