1 Jamaicans have a de-evolution way of life. A cancerous declining society of hate, violence and drug usage and abuse. Is this the culure you adore so much? Why would you love those things that most people detest? |

. This is about celebrating a life and paying tribute. Let's keep it positive. Enough hate. |

Let's keep it positive and celebrate the life of a great lady. I too am Jamaican but my head is not buried in our beautiful white sand. The facts are that our murder rate is five times that of Trinidad and climbing. We have to accept that we have a particular problem with hate and violence that is outside the norm of any other country, except for South Africa and Columbia. When we accept this as a local problem we can move towards fixing it. Don't hide our problem/work to fix it. |

1 The comments to which you responded were within the context of celebrating a life and paying tribute to a fine lady. You choose to spew hate and, I detected, a bit of jelousy. Yes, we in Jamaica have some serious problems that we have to fix. But speaking of problems - our motto is out of many, one people. You could hardly say that for Trinidad with the polorization along racial lines. And, why is the average life expectancy in Trinidad so low relative to your wealth. Bad living or misinformed people. Lastly, the migration rate for Trinidad is even higher than that of Jamaica. Must not be a nice place to live. Crime is creeping up on you, is'nt it? Take care of home before you start worrying about mine. |

1 I know your Nesta and your ancestors would have been waiting for you. As to the negative comments placed here, shame on you all. Bob Marley tried to teach us to love not hate regardless of colour or country or birth. We are none of us any more important than a blade of grass, perhaps we should remember that. |
