An hour later, she added: ''5 hours of sleep last night , been awake for 23 haha goodnight everybody <33 '' Katherine had been away from the home in Los Angeles for 11 days in Arizona, where it had been suggested she was being kept against her will by her children - including Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie - but she has denied that was the case.

Wow! It seems to be getting feisty in the Jackson camp. I guess jealousy spreads among those who have money and those who want it. Just like here at Topix.

Would CPS please get those children out of that home and into the custody of Diana Ross?

At the age of 66 after working hard all her life as well as having raised 5 of her own children you would think Ross would want a break.

Debbie should be helping out.

I don't think Debbie wants to be a part of all this drama. She gave birth to those kids because of her love for Michael. I think its her final gift to him. His "Will" will be done.

I am jealous that my loving family aren't arguing like a pack of dogs over a dead relatives assets. What fun that would be.

Thank goodness Katherine is back home. We may never know what really went on. her statement on the news looks a bit odd--she did not look happy-maybe she did need a break who knows? But Katherine did not look happy when she was giving that statement--it is good to know she is back- Paris was so happy when Her grandma returned- they have been around Ktherine alot and she is a wonderful grandma--
it is a dirty shame what is going on--and to have this 82 year old woman in the middle of it is sickening--Michael did the right thing naming only his mom and children in his will--

mjloser4life, who can't even spell the word "a lot" is how you give your sick butt away..troll! It's a dirty shame you are wasting so much damn time evaluating the situations if you don't know what's going on, which obviously you don't. Paris was happy? She was so happy to see her grandmother that she didn't miss a beat twatting all over twitter. So much for the love of grandma...NOT! Grandma got the boot, didn't you hear? Get your head out of your azz clown. Those kids that are not Jacko's biologically will be told the truth sooner than later.

Please dont be jealous it is quite stressful & heartbreaking. Im currently going through a similiar situation myself. My children & I recently received a check for 30,000.00 at my Moms house from an Insurance policy that was left by an Attorney/friend that I worked for (he was also my Childrens'godfather) while I was working away from home out of town. Instead of her contacting me or my Attorney she took the check to the court house pretended not to know how to contact me ran an local ad in the newspaper (I work in Miami my family lives in Georgia) & was granted access to the insurance check and never mentioned anything about the check to me at all. My Attorney informed me of what was done & I contacted the Judge with overwhelming evidence of recent contact with my chidren & my mother. The Judge was very upset that my mother defrauded the court and suggested I file a motion to re open the case due to fraud which would pretty much be like placing the handcuffs on my mother. Im so confused & broken hearted that my own mother tried to throw me under the bus by making me look like I had abandonned my children so she could get her hands on money that I was willing to share with her anyway.

You wish you had their money. That's your main problem, jealousy, and oh yes, the bottle.

When you have so little, its fun mocking and judging those who have so much, right? Especially when you can bury your head in a bottle of booze.

Wow, so Katherine never met Debbie before Michael's death? That's interesting considering that they were 'married' and Debbie was the first two children's biological mother.

I don't understand why MJ's family is fighting over the will now - Michael stated that he wanted his mother to raise the children and left his money to them, so what's the problem? The fact that they can't have their dead brother's money? I guess they don't have enough of their own being a Jackson, huh?

I don't think you heard it right. She said that they "had" met before. She said they met again after his death. She doesn't say how many times they met in between his death, although, I'm sure it was a few times. I'm sure Katherine would have been at the wedding. I'm sure Katherine visited her grandchildren when Michael and Debbie were still together.

I'm not sure about all the fighting, but I don't think its really about how gets the money. I think the point is that Michael fired the executors, and somehow they were rehired after his death.

I believe that this is what's upsetting the siblings. They don't trust these executors.
I also don't trust the courts. Judges seem to make rulings arbitrarily of the facts and law.
And, its real hard to challenge them, because they are monitored by their own internal body, and they have judicial immunity.

I just don't like the children being caught in the middle. The courts want to investigate the family, instead of investigating the will. The will is what's causing the problem. But, like I said, judges don't really care about uncovering the facts. They just want to point fingers at "who they want to believe" is the problem.

<quoted text>Not at all Chas. Katherine didn't attend the wedding. The wedding was held right here in Sydney, and after the ceremony Debbie returned to her room alone while Michael retired for the night to his room with the 8 year old best man.

Don't believe me? I was there. I was one of the maids on his floor and saw it with my own eyes.

You're right - the first time I listened, I thought she said she "hadn't" met Debbie until after his death.

Why did they rehire the executors or even mess with the will at all after his death? MJ had everything the way he wanted it, so I guess that's why it's not making much sense to me. His family should honor his wishes.

Yeah, I hate to see children caught in the middle, too. There's nothing worse.

Many families break up over financial disputes. The Jackson's aren't unique there. It's usually family members that have enough money turn to greed.

I had this boyfriend when I was 18 whose grandmother had just passed away and his family fought over all the stuff in the house, the house itself, the money, the car, just everything. I couldn't believe it - I thought it was terrible.

It's sad when families lose the plot about what life is really about.
