Karaoke Man was miffed. Armando Saenz had been belting out a raucous rendition of Elvis Crespo 's Suavemente at Mamacita's Bar and Grill when an impromptu karaoke dance party of about 40 revelers spilled out of the restaurant and onto the Broadwalk.
