The Postal Service should quit wasting the courts time and accept thier responsibility for failing to act in a proper manner. This is not the first time, nor will it be the last time, that the U S Postal Service gets punished for allowing this type of behavior to continue by abusive employees. Maybe this is why the Postal Service can't make any money. Because they are constantly paying out money towards lawsuits that should have been avoided in the first place. Good supervisors in any other business would have addressed the issues immediately and disciplined those offenders. Oh, I forgot, the unions run the Postal Service, not the supervisors.

Taxpayer, your biased statement is indicative of the biased treatment that the black woman received in the post office! Do you know all blacks? Do you know what all blacks(or any blacks) think? When whites sue the government, are they looking at the government as a lottery jackpot? The world will be a much better place when biased and ignorant people of your ilk die off!

You just indicated how ignorant you are! What about the thousands of small towns with no blacks in them? What about Vermont,New Hampshire,Montana,Wyoming,Rhod e Island?

Another prime example of someone getting something for nothing. When will this stop. Its no wonder people pursue such lawsuits when they see people like this get these kind of ridiculous awards for doing nothing. Come on - if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen. Her own co workers obviously saw something in her work efforts they did not care for and probably were just telling her to pull her own weight and she got mad and made a mountain out of a mole hill and got away with it. I can't believe a judge couldn't see through this. What is this country coming to.....if they keep giving out these kinds of ridiculous awards its no wonder that people continue to file these kind of crazy lawsuits. God help the Postal Service.
