Newman friend says actor has cancer

Perhaps when you are walking hand in hand with Paul and I, You will have a different perspective, I too,, was just today diagnosed with lung cancer after a pet scan and now know the importance of Universal Health Care as my employer does'nt offer any assistance with insurance. I never had a clue as a 46 year old peefectly healthy young man that I would now be fighting the battle of my life. God knows I have had many and you or anyone who never has experienced the feeling of the BAD news, can't even begin to imagine our feelings. I am positive I will overcome it but am still frightened of death. I am not even close to being prepared for death at my age if that is my fate.

hey i am on the side of the gays on this, someone ought to be out there curing aids instead of covering up every aids death, people will quit thinking there is an aids problem and then where will the gays be you should thank me, i am fighting your battles |

I think I may have already posted something to this effect, but my best to you and your family. I just buried my wonderful husband (53), he did not have cancer, but suffered a long, slow, agonizing good-bye. There is a lot of suffering in the world, those with flippant remarks just haven't been touched, YET. I am hoping that kick the sh*t out of this. Hang tough. |

Thank you for your compassion and may God be with you as well. This is not about me but, it is about Paul and the many others who have done thier best to leave in thier footprints long lasting impressions on society so that this universe is a better place when we are removed from it's inherited by the next generation. I only wish my footprints were half as deep as Paul's. I will be stomping for the rest of my life in an effort to rid this planet of the evil so that my child and her world can live in PEACE.

Paul was avery special actor, he could change up who he was portraying, and just blow the rest of his casts away. Orson Wells said he was amazing in The Long Hot Summer. My favorite Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.

It's hard to find people to look up to, with so much talent, at this age, maybe impossible....Paul, our thoughts are with you. Thanks for everything you gave to us.
