'The Color Purple' Opens At The Bushnell

Kenita R. Miller plays Celie, and LaToya London is Nettie, in the touring production of "The Color Purple." Starting Tuesday , the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts puts on eight performances of "The Color Purple," a Tony-winning musical based on Alice Walker 's book of the same name about a black woman's struggles.
