One of the issues I have with the MB case is that his ex wife informed the police that he can swim. He committed perjury when he said on oath that he could not swim. The information his ex wife gave, was ignored.
Well he couldn't swim and he took up lessons after the tradegy,he has already spoken about it,shall I enforce it,he couldn't float and was not confident enough to go into the water and get Mr Lubbock out, does that clarify it for you? now you think he has commited perjury, what a load of rubbish again I repeat, that I will enforce, that he got somebody else to dive in and get him out of the water, yeah your the one with the problem,Michael has been truthful, forget it everyone,I do know,I am now just going to enforce it,in my spare time. When you don't know someone, don't critercise them,I have known Michael for a long time,I do know that he is being truthful and honest about things, why wouldn't he?you along with the others interfere, you are not going to gain anything from it.
Again stick your nose at the beginning of this forum read it,from a family member please. She can answer it.
I love Michael and if I have to suffer, then I will, one thing is that I don't care less if anyone wants to shoot me,or anything else, such as the bullying format that has already not worked against me,again,he is the most loveliest of men and its hard luck,Christine knows him and she damn well loves him and accepts him as he is,like she does everyone and that is why in the workplace of mine,I get on with everyone,I make no judgements and I don't talk about people. That is why, people like me and some of these people are from all walks of life,I respect them, therefore they respect me.I wish again for my lovely idol to be left alone about all this, that is all I am asking,if they want to bully me,that is fine,I am used to being belittled by most people, really I don't care,we all have faults,we all make mistakes, again C this and that, simply for the facts, that I have the taped interview on tape,i know him to be genuine and I can also read his lovely face. Now I can't stand idiots like you, leave him and the case alone.Got it?These bullies are getting other people to post onto here, because they have lost their corner.I will always defend it makes no difference you know.

Worse. I caused a yawn to be noted . I read it now through misting eyes - for it was captured thus in print to further wound. Yawn, he wrote.
I could have managed the stigma of the failiure to impress but it is this yawn - so starkly marked down as "yawn", that has me in sack-cloth.
Some may say that I was at least spared those ultimate tools of the literary warlord - the "lol" and it's crushing handmaiden in devastation "PMSL". For these are to be used sparingly across cyber space lest they actually kill.
As for the poetry claim, again - a surgeon's skill has been employed at the keyboard. "Any dimwit can quote from a book of poetry." This is the unalterable truth in the hand's of a master. "Dimwit" and "poetry book". the juxtaposing of these seemingly disparate terms only lends edge to the maxim.
I am reminded of this poster's own prose in similar circumstances. A limerick I believe about the whaling port of Nantucket.
From now on let Absit invidia be our watchword. A champion is among us....
Well troll i have a poem published in a book,I can write it on here, see what you think, its for Michael,as I sent him a copy ten years ago.

I for one find this sudden influx of women refreshing. Why it seems only yesterday I was talking about the place being full of bully boys and now look. Remarkable. And I, of course, am a lady myself.

Agree about the bully boys.

They think they can say anything and are extremely aggresive. If you respond in the same way they don't like it.

A welcome? Now who would welcome even a bitter foe into this hall of blood, this castle of pain.
But if determined the seeker be, then let them bood upon Chaucer's The Book Of he Duchess. We women will have the greatest empathy.

I have gret wonder, be this lyght,
How that I lyve, for day ne nyght
I may nat slepe wel nygh noght;
I have so many an ydel thoght
Purely for defaute of slep
That, by my trouthe, I take no kep
Of nothing, how hyt cometh or gooth,
Ne me nys nothyng leef nor looth.
Al is ylyche good to me --
Joye or sorowe, wherso hyt be --
For I have felynge in nothyng,
But as yt were a mased thyng,
Alway in poynt to falle a-doun;
For sorwful ymagynacioun
Ys alway hooly in my mynde.
And wel ye woot, agaynes kynde
Hyt were to lyven in thys wyse,
For nature wolde nat suffyse
To noon erthly creature
Nat longe tyme to endure
Withoute slep and be in sorwe.
And I ne may, ne nyght ne morwe,
Slepe; and [thus] melancolye
And drede I have for to dye.
Defaute of slep and hevynesse
Hath sleyn my spirit of quyknesse
That I have lost al lustyhede.
Suche fantasies ben in myn hede
So I not what is best to doo.
But men myght axe me why soo
I may not slepe and what me is.
But natheles, who aske this
Leseth his asking trewely.
Myselven can not telle why
The sothe; but trewly, as I gesse,
I holde hit be a sicknesse

Loving the poetry specially the funny spelling words one. did you mean for people to laugh at that. how excentric tho to post poems when writing about Micheal Barrymore.
I guess Mr Barrymore has two massive fans on here that both really really love him to bits.
Cant stand him myself.
Oh well it takes likorish allsorts to make a world as they say
The only poetry Ive heard of is the great Pam Ayres.
I could write some of it on here if anyone is interested or even have a go at writing some myself
Im sure I could write a quite a good poem about Mike Barrymore and all that hes done

Micheal barrymore he done wrong
Now is career is finished and gone
why oh why did he go bad
it made his fans all really sad
His poor wife he didnt say
to her the fact that hes a gay
he was a stupid bloody fool
for what he done to the guy at his pool
now he sits and waits for jobs to come
oh dear oh no there isnt none

Not quiet as funny as the above poem but
if anyone else wants a go then see if you can do better. Ciao, Bo x

Loving the aloof style!
The "ciao" - very feminine, sort of rascally touch Dick Emery used to bring to his lady characters.
And "Bo" isn't it amazing that Chaucer can still make people laugh after all these centuries? Even in Olde English where, I agree, it still zings along wickedly.

By the way if you're new here and like laffs - stick around. See if you can spot a poster I like to call Rumplestiltskin (He's so cross about MB - isn't that a scream!!)

Glad you appreciate classic literature though a lot of the stuff I present here is more smbre in tone.

Ciao (as you say - brill!!!)

I Wish I'd Looked After My Teeth
by Pam Ayres

Oh, I wish I'd looked after me teeth,
And spotted the perils beneath,
All the toffees I chewed,
And the sweet sticky food,
Oh, I wish I'd looked after me teeth.

I wish I'd been that much more willin'
When I had more tooth there than fillin'
To pass up gobstoppers,
From respect to me choppers
And to buy something else with me shillin'.

When I think of the lollies I licked,
And the liquorice allsorts I picked,
Sherbet dabs, big and little,
All that hard peanut brittle,
My conscience gets horribly pricked.

My Mother, she told me no end,
"If you got a tooth, you got a friend"
I was young then, and careless,
My toothbrush was hairless,
I never had much time to spend.

Oh I showed them the toothpaste all right,
I flashed it about late at night,
But up-and-down brushin'
And pokin' and fussin'
Didn't seem worth the time... I could bite!

If I'd known I was paving the way,
To cavities, caps and decay,
The murder of fiIlin's
Injections and drillin's
I'd have thrown all me sherbet away.

So I lay in the old dentist's chair,
And I gaze up his nose in despair,
And his drill it do whine,
In these molars of mine,
"Two amalgum," he'll say, "for in there."

How I laughed at my Mother's false teeth,
As they foamed in the waters beneath,
But now comes the reckonin'
It's me they are beckonin'
Oh, I wish I'd looked after me teeth.

and another gem as we all like poems so much

The Wonderbra
by Pam Ayres

I bought myself a Wonderbra
For fourteen ninety nine,
It looked so good on the model girl's chest,
And I hoped it would on mine,
I took it from the packaging
And when I tried it on,
The Wonderbra restored to me
All I believed had gone

Chorus:
Let's all salute the Wonderbra,
The Wonderbra, the Wonderbra,
Let's all salute the Wonderbra,
For fourteen ninety-nine.

It gave me such a figure,
I can't believe it's mine,
I showed it to my husband
And it made his eyeballs shine,
And when I served the breakfast,
The kids cried out,'Hooray!
Here comes our darling mother,
with her bosom on a tray!'

I didn't really need one,
my present bra, it's true,
Had only been in constant use
Since nineteen eighty-two,
But the silhouette I dreamed about,
Is mine, is mine at last,
And builders on the scaffolding,
Drop off as I walk past

Chorus:
Singing .. let's all salute the Wonderbra,
The Wonderbra, the Wonderbra,
Let's all salute the Wonderbra
For fourteen ninety-nine!

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Pisces

Having to bow down to convention or limitations is enough to make you want to scream right now, and you'll do your utmost to rebel in any way you can. Be careful about this because you could easily get on the wrong side of someone who has power or authority over you. It feels as though you're battling with forces that want to keep you under control, and you don't like it one bit.
