A really good movie except for the horrible blue tint effect. Eastwood has not lost his touch as an actor. The supporting was excellent.
p.s. Cinebarre sure has some crappy stuff they put on the screen before the previews start. They also use the same big overhead lights jails and prisons use. Must have bought them cheap. It's only their Italian Job pizza and interesting waiters and waitresses that keeps us coming back. |

The uber religious owners of the movie theater in Franklin won't show movies that have violence, aren't PG, etc. They haven't shown any of the last 6 good action movies that have come out. Won't show "Wrestler", they put up "Brides" and hang onto "Yes Man" and a couple of other such movies. They did show Mel Gibson's Christian movie for 2 months uninterrupted though, then brought it back a few months later. Have to drive to Asheville to see a good action film or drama.

Couldn't you get the ACLU to sue them??
I mean they don't REALLY think that they have a right to choose which movies that they show in a theater that they own do they?? Jane Fonda on a pogo stick!!! They should be drummed out of town!!!! (In a progressive, tolerant manner of course.) |
