Should get a supporting Actor Oscar for Kings Speech. He was brilliant but the Brit Christain Baile will win. Trust me it will happen. Is this fair? No. Rush is the BEST Australian actor ever. Errol Flynn Nah. Cate Blanchett is brilliant but doesn't have the range Rush has . I'd rank her #2. If Russell Crowe weren't born in NZ he would be the BEST. If he weren't such an arrogant asshole he could be the worlds best actor today. So the answer to your question Geoffrey Rush is the BEST AUSTRALIAN ACTOR EVER!

Chips Rafferty, Errol Flynn, and many more. Aus produced the the "on our selection series" (dad and dave) way before anyone else which was brilliant for its time, but long before mine.
