You do know that the Third movie will be a requel..
meaning that it will go into the past to reveal more about the storyline.It will talk more about Luycian,that guy that was wearwolf....And I have to say.The Producers said that Kate Beckindsale will not take a part in the movie.The story will go before her character entered the story....
You never know..She might come back but the producers have even told her she would'nt,Good luck -.-

The have to do a prequel of some kind to save the franchise. The premise of the movies was okay. But the storyline was shoddily developed. Apart from special effects,'tis not worth seing. Maybe, the next installation can be better written. Maybe, then this franchise can engender a cult following of its own. I'm not holding my breath.

I watched the movie just yesterday..And I have to say apart from Kate Keckinsale being in the Movie ,I would'nt Spend 7 ppounds to watch that kind of movie I have to say..And now Kate won't star in the third one??? No point of even putting that in cinemas :(

Anyone else enjoyed the first movie but thought the second was a bit cheey???

Underworld 3 is not going to be crap, so long as Kate Beckinsale comes back into it. and she has to come back into it somewhere, because i think everyone would like a little more depth into what happened the night she became a vampire, with all that stuff about Viktor killing all her family, i thiknthat they should include Kate Beckinsale in the middle so that even if people watch the underworld films just for kat then it will bring more people to the cinemas.

Guys I heard The Guy who played the half vampire half werewolf the guy selene was in love with i heard on a website he will be in the third movie which i had too ask myself how would he be involved because the third movie will be a prequel I dont know but some of this information about the prequel underworld 3 just doesnt make sense.Also on another note i own both underworld movies and love them dearly if you listen too selene in the last scene of underworld 2(Evolution) you will hear her talk about the future once again and she said something like i dont know what the future brings or somehting like that could that be an intro too another movie in the future instead of a prequel i dont know maybe its just me but i would appreciate it if more people looked at the last seen of Evolution and listened too what selene said maybe that will give us some clue.?????

It's definitly going to be a prequal. I red several online articiles from Wiseman confirming it and normaly the production is already taking place. I do read in some articles that there will be some flashforwards containing Selene.Wheteher or not that's true we will have to be patient but it would explaine the present of Michael.But the third movie will mainly focus on Lucian.It's realy to bad that selene won't be playing the leading role any more but i am still looking forward to seeing the movie.But I do think that the absence of Selene won't do the movie any good.

I agree with mega. Underworld 1 & 2 were great. It sucks that Kate beckinsale won't be staring in it at least that's what I've heard. They have to make another movie besides the prequel. At the end of part 2 don't they have beckinsale say something about the future? Ya can't just leave us hanging like that. I want to know what happens after that not what happened before!

The guy is Scott Speedman, I loved his charater in this movie. My hope is in the third movie him and Selene will have or had a baby. And the story may be about there off spring.

I hope to god that the 3d movie is not a perquil becaus if it is its just gunna suck. i mean like the frist 2 were good but only cuz of k-b. if shes not in the 3d one and if scott speedman anit in it either then the movie will just suck....
