All of you negative people posting those ugly comments are losers....you all need to stop being haters. This young man has a talent and a gift from God. Not everyone is out for the money or fame. He deserves a chance to succeed. I hope he wins.

The lack of details other than his "life's difficulties" really annoys me! He already has the bling ear rings, so soon yet another ghetto rat recruited that will sell all but his bling just like the following story coming up on OSU's Pryor...Pryor Speaks to the Media
Well, you just knew it was coming. A media session with Terrelle Pryor spawned another couple of pseudo controversies.
The biggest one was a shot at ESPN analyst and former Buckeye quarterback Kirk Herbstreit. Remember back in November, when Pryor tweeted that Herbstreit was a "fake Buckeye"?
In response to a question about Herbstreit's comments that Ohio State might be better off if Pryor left early for the NFL, the junior responded, "I don't worry about what Kirk Herbstreit says, to tell you the truth...has he beat Michigan?"
When contacted by 10TV Sports, Herbstreit replied via text with "wow".
On Thursday, OSU head coach Jim Tressel told the media that the five Buckeyes suspended for violating NCAA rules had to decide to return for the 2011 season in order for their suspensions to carry any weight. Pryor didn't exactly corroborate that.
"It's important to keep your word, but at the same time some guys have different situations. We were just basically saying sorry. I know other guys are in different situations, I can't really speak if they would choose to leave they are breaking a pledge...I wouldn't say that (we are) automatic. Some guys have different situations...speaking for them I don't think you go off by that," he said.
When a reporter followed up with "speak for yourself", he answered, "Once you pledge something, you have to keep your word from that."
Pryor did admit then when he found out about his suspension, his initial thought was to leave early.
Dom Tiberi asked Pryor what he learned from this ordeal, and his suspension.
"It was two years ago (when the memorabilia was sold), I already knew what I shouldn't have done. To tell you the truth, I really didn't learn much. I can't tell you that I learned something because I already knew what I did wrong."
That's not exactly the way it was explained back on December 23rd, now is it?
We'll have some of those comments for you on 10TV HD News at 6 & 11pm tonight, as well as Wall to Wall Sports at 11:35pm
I predict these jerks will play the Sugar Bowl then totally blow-off OSU, causing a legal mess and then coach zipping out on his contract as well...just watch, from his comments, what do you get from this?
He could have gotten his ear rings from his late mother or grandmother. You never know you are stereotyping and assuming. He is doing good why do you have to knock him?Because he is black? if it was a white kid doing the same thing and wearing bling you wouldnt have anything to say. They sold stuff that was there! You and the NCAA act like they stole it and sold it.They sold stuff that was given to them and they earned it.SO what! You dont complain about them when they are on the field winning games do you.You are shallow person and you need to wake up. If your family memeber did something like that you wouldnt be so judgemental. These colleges around the world make money off of these athletes day in and day out. They earned what they got and they sold it so what

I agree with you. It makes to much sense to just say this kid is doing good for himself. There is alwasy those racial ignorant butt holes on here that are alwasy stereotyping black people as if black people cant do anything but sale drugs and kill. But these are also the same racist people that are buckeye fans and they are rooting for the buckeyes every week. They are ignorant and one day its going to come back and smack them right in the face. Its been known that GOD doent like evil.

How on earth can anyone find something wrong with this story? How can you really bash this young man, because he has an earring? I didn't know a prerequisite for winning this award was also "a student has to come from a family in poverty". This is a young man who has had a lot to deal with in his life with the loss of a mother, father being incarcerated (which is not the boys fault), and now he has fought through life's struggles and came out on top with a 3.8 gpa. You must really hate life if you are trying to take the beauty out of a story like this. We need more students and student athletes like this young man, not more hate.

Because most on this form including myself are trolls and enjoy reading your reactions to our usual off color and sometimes inappropriate comments. However, deep down inside, we all are proud of this inspiring young man's accomplishments.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Pisces

Having to bow down to convention or limitations is enough to make you want to scream right now, and you'll do your utmost to rebel in any way you can. Be careful about this because you could easily get on the wrong side of someone who has power or authority over you. It feels as though you're battling with forces that want to keep you under control, and you don't like it one bit.
