Eight glasses wine and qualudes? I don't doubt she partied alone. I don't know if you'll ever get a straight story.

I believe hubby got jaleous and toss her from the boat. He didn't call the coast guard for help but 4 hours later, by then she probably drown. They need a witness to have a case.

Not only is Wagner covering up a drug & alcohol fueled fight that went awry I think Wagner and Walken were covering up some major drug possession on the boat or drug use on their part. I'm not talking about personal use amounts or pot either. It was the cocaine 80s in Hollywood. Throw in fears about their reputation it's the end for Natalie. I've been out on the ocean at night and you don't or can't get into a dingy in a bath robe and slippers. Unless the boat/deck was well lit I don't think it would've even been an option. I don't care if RGJ is 100, the record should be set straight.

It was news to me to hear the captain state that he and Natalie had left the boat the previous night due to fighting and had gone to a hotel. Did they have separate rooms or share one?
Wonder if he was paid any big bucks by Wagner to "keep quiet."
This was more than fishy at the time and still is. The very first thing one would do would be turn on all lights, call the Coast Guard and start searching.
Also news that Wagner wanted him to "move the boat" against the captain's warning that it wasn't advisable due to the ocean's conditions. Sounds like some pre-meditation was going on in someone's mind. Go where there was a restaurant but away from people on boats who would surely have been witnesses or have been able to save Natalie!
If Wagner is not a suspect, is he a POI?

I wonder how long it will be before ALL THE COMMERCIALS WITH ROBERT WAGNER GET PULLED from the airwaves.
This guy always gave me the creeps. There seems to be something very sleazy about him or maybe it is that he comes across as such a smooth operator.
He seems also to be cold and calculating. Like someone asked, why did they even have this boat if Natalie was so deathly afraid of water.

Yep, they were hiding something. To the logical mind the story is missing a key element. AND I think the Capt. left out just exactly HOW drugged up they all were. abusingexcuses wrote: <quoted text> Not only is Wagner covering up a drug & alcohol fueled fight that went awry I think Wagner and Walken were covering up some major drug possession on the boat or drug use on their part.
