Paul Newman -- a man who gave back to the world and not just out of his pocket or on the screen -- gave of himself! Sorry to hear this. He and his wife have been together forever. Here's hoping their love will sustain them both during this scare. I feel that he will be fine -- i've know people with lung and other cancers and with proper care (which he can well afford) they live long productive lives. Take the medicines, follow doctors orders, and don't dwell on the 'what could happen' so much as the 'what's happening now'. God Bless him! Ol Blue Eyes Himself!

I agree, Mr. Newman is one of a kind; a great actor and he seems to be a genuinely down-to-earth person with real values. Hopefully things will go well with him with his health problems. I have to say, though, if he chose not to tell people what was wrong for whatever reason, I don't think Mr. Hotchner is much of a friend for telling people Newmans' personal business.
