Good, I used to work near that theater when I lived in LA area. I was always sad it was being wasted and ruined being used as a church, and am glad it is back to its real use, plus, a fun hotel. Up a couple of blocks is the huge State Theater and hopefully they will kick out that stinking church someday and use it for something USEFUL again.
There is an ACE Hotel near me here in Palm Springs. It is not simply gay, I often see women and men, obviously together, running around its parking lot with suitcases. They have the most fun restaurant in town also.
