Oh Dear, quick call some overpaid unionized bureaucrat, there's a dog off of a leash.

Oh Dear, call some overpaid unionized bureaucrat, the "journalists" at the Breeze don't like what's going on on the Internet.

The U.S. has about twice the number of overpaid uinionized bureaucrats that it can afford, not including disgustingly high pensions for retired bureaucrats.

We can't afford them, they need to go away.

People, even the ones with little dogs, need to learn how to take care of themselves.

Appealing to bureaucrats is the way our country is destroyed and our freedoms lost.

Hush now baby, baby, don't you cry
Momma's gonna make all of your nightmares come true
Momma's gonna put all of her fears into you
Momma's gonna keep you right here under her wing
She won't let you fly, but she might let you sing
Momma's will keep Baby cozy and warm

The dude is a .... for not putting his dog on a lease. Let his dog scratch you and then sue him for millions...:)

He might just learn to be courteous then.

So many people with dogs off leash feel their rights are superior to others. Rude rude people. I would be irritated also.

Spray the dog with Mace when it approaches you.

Defense is the best offense....
