Paul was talking to all males, especially from those who had been divorced from pagan wives. And don't forget Matt 23:9 "Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven." (especially those who wear RED SHOES)

Indeed Nehemiah 8:8 "They read from the Book of the Law of God, making it clear and giving the meaning so that the people understood what was being read."

My point being that if taken literally, you should call NO man father. Not even the guy who contributed to your biological makeup. You should also call no man master and the word doctor is derived from master. So don't go calling anyone Daddy or Doctor.
