yes but wrote: <quoted text> Yeah. He lives here but he won't speak to you if you ever see him. He is much too important to be nice to the little folk. That's not true. When I lived in San Saba I saw him frequently. He always spoke and was very helpful with project graduation when my son was a senior. He was just one of the guys. He bought his jeans at Harry's and his groceries at G&R.

No, the man doesn't have aids or is he gay.He happens to be straight as an arrow and love women. He's been with his third wife now for over 15 years.

As far as him being the miserable SOB that everyone says he is, all you have to do is ask the man's friends and family. Ask his ex-wives and the current wife. They must see some redeemable qualities in him. There are some good in everyone. He had a pretty horrible childhood because his father was an abusive drunk. It says a lot about his strength because he prevailed over that to become successful and overcome that.

gentle readers, sometimes celebrities may come off as aloof, or even rude, but you must remember what their life experiences consist of: constant hounding and ever-present paparazzi, sycophants who want something from them because they're rich and famous, or maybe people are intrusive because they refuse to recognize them as authentic human beings because they're accustomed to seeing them on tv or in the movies. after a while, it can cause one to withdraw from interacting with all but the most familiar people in their lives. don't judge too harshly. fame may seem like a wonderful thing, but it's not a natural lifestyle.

I'm pretty sure TLJ was sitting next to me on a recent flight from Canberra to Brisbane. Yes, Australia! His face is unmistakeable. He clearly didn't want to be disturbed, and neither did I for that matter. Even us little people like our privacy (and don't mind sharing our stowaway table). I don't know a lot of his work but I think his performance in No Country for Old Men was wonderful, and I'm looking forward to his new flick with Meryl Streep. I'm happy.

TLJ's "Three Burials of Malquiades Estrada", maybe one of the best movies ever made. In the end a subtle story of individual salvation. It won the Cannes Film Festival best movie several years back. I'm on a neighboring ranch, never seen him. He's just the kind of neighbor you'd always want.

Read on Bonnie's site that TL went to show his respects which is a wonderful thing for him to do BUT left early because he didn't want to detract from her day! What an ego. Like people would think him more important than her.

Watched and enjoyed the movie. Very thought provoking. Beautiful scenery. And I like those kind of neighbours too.

So, what is the name of Bonnie's website? I would like to check it out. I think that was a very noble thing of TLJ to show his respects for her by coming to her event. It proves that he's a real and down-to-earth guy after all.

I live here in San Antonio and have heard from people who have met him. They all pretty much say he's an asshole and not very nice. I can't say because I haven't met him. He's probably tired of being approached by people asking for his autograph and wanting to chat him up. After all this, I think I may think twice about even saying hello to him. Years ago, growing up in Illinois-I met Waylon Jennings when he appeared at the Heart of Illinois fair. He was very nice and chatted with me, nothing like Roy Clark, who wouldn't give anyone the time of day much less sign an autograph. I was 13 or 14 years old at the time and still remember how nice he was. Being famous doesn't exclude you from being a real person and some people tend to forget who made them who they are today-the fans who buy their music and watch their movies and television shows.

TL is a really good actor and I like his movies but he is an ass. As far as I know no one around here ever approaches him for autograph or anything else. He's rude and full of himself. Even been thrown out of stores for his attitude and filthy language. Of course the "upper crust" tolerate him, most if them are like him as well. I have visited with Willie Nelson, Tom T Hall, Alabama, Crystal Gail, Mo Bandy and Bellamy Brothers after concerts. They were down to earth and appreciative of their fans.
