but the Cougar Town star says she's still not ready to date yet — and she hasn't had sex with anyone since her separation.

"I'm really not ready," Cox said Wednesday on The Howard Stern Show. "I'm just not ready. I'm not saying I'm not ready to have a make-out session, I'm just not ready to — I don't know.
I'm not lying.... I've not had a MAN since David."

Courteney Cox on separation from David Arquette:
"This is not like we're getting divorced"

Cox, 47, says she has "made out with one guy" since her October 2010 split from Arquette and has "sexual feelings," but she doesn't act on them with another MAN. "There [are] ways to deal with that," she said.

The FORMER couple, who are parents to 7-year-old daughter Coco, have remained friendly — so friendly that Arquette has encouraged her to MOVE ON.
