Billy Ray Cyrus is now tremendously wealthy for one good reason - Miley Cyrus. He gets to go on tour with thousands of preteen girls screaming for her and for him. He likes that. He gets to work with teenage girls doing the Hannah Montana show and grope them between takes. He likes that. Above all, Billy gets to do something millions of boys envy him for and that is have sex with Miley Cyrus.
