Will Kristen Stewart's Scandal Spell the End of her Career?

The choice Kristen made to have an affair
and cheat on Rob is definitely bound to effect her carreer. She had an endless number of loyal fans who respected her, and looked up to her as a role model. She presented herself as an honest person. In many of her interviews she vocalized the importance of "whatever you do, the most important thing is to do so honestly". She not only betrayed her own values, in doing so she betrayed her fans by presenting herself to be someone she clearly is not. Please let's quit calling this a fling. With all these pictures out there, and more to be released, she was involved with Rupert. They got caught, so now we see them profusely apologizing. It was no accident. They conciously made the choice to cheat, and intentially hurt innocent people. Robert worshiped the ground she walked on. She had him fooled, and she fooled her fans. We all believed in her. She has shamed herself. She definitely is not the embodiment of Bella Swan. What she did puts that role to shame, and tarnishes the whole Twilight Series!

They are only sorry that they got caught. End of.

No, it won't spell the end of her career, look at Angelina Jolie. Look at the millions of actresses who have cheated and been caught out so rolled out the "I'm sorry" line before her. She'll cop some flack for a bit and then the next big news story will come out and everyone will forget.

She'll just move on to the next guy. Like she did when she cheated on her ex with Robert Pattinson.

I am thouroughly discusted with this whole mess! Yes, her career will continue, but Kristen has definitely lost ground with her fan base. I have no respect for her what-so-ever! Her behavior was cruel, and just plain "trashy" I would never have expected her to hurt Robert this way, not to mention Ruperts wife, and children. All the apologies in the world will not erase the hurt, and damage she has caused. There are far too many people who faithfully gave her their loyalty, respect, and trust. They have unfairly been let down by her dishonesty. The damage is irreparable! Eventhough her career may continue, she will always be stimatized by her discraceful behavior.

What about Meg Ryan? Her career was OVER. And people liked her because she was suppose to be America's sweetheart, not Angelina Jolie.

Thw difference between Angelina Jolie and Kristen is that Angelina never presented herself as someone with morals or standards.

Ever hear the old saying "What goes around comes around" She will find out sooner or later! What was she thinking? Rob is awesome!

Kristin got to know his kids and wife. They spent time together. This was slimy and smarmy. She'll always look a little greasy to me. I know Rob hurts now, but In the long run, he could do better.

Being a slutty skank doesn't hurt women (or men) in Hollywood.

KS will have to reinvent her fan base. One hopes she will get counseling to learn why she was so cruel and self-destructive. People do err and they can learn from life. I would hope she would lay low for a while. Do some producing or behind camera work. I with luck some of her friends will give her gradual re-entry by way of guest roles. Otherwise I fear for her future. So many Hollywood young folks end up sadly.

I am beginning to believe that her Career is over. No more 10 mil$ payouts for a movie. No more big bucks for wearing brand name clothes. Her fans may still love her but with less intensity.
I do not care that she messed around. It is not immoral or unethical, or a sin. Rob was a philanderer. Kristen finally had enough. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. fk Rob. I hate his guts.
I notice that his body guards have about doubled. I hope a disgruntled fan does not harm him or disfigure him ending his career forever.
