The country music legend who started her life as the Coal Miner's Daughter now has 21 of her own grandchildren, and more than four decades worth of hit music that she created while raising her large family.
Enjoyed your article on Loretta Lynn and would like to add since I have had the priveledge of seeing her in concert twice this year, she is indeed awesome! She has as good a voice today as she's always had. I actually think she is better with some songs.Doesn't miss a beat. She has always been my favorite. I have loved her for at least 40 of my 50 years! And by the way, her concert ticket price is a bargain!
I agree with you, Mary. Loretta Lynn has touched many lives with her singing, stories and enthusiasm.
I agree with Y'all too. Loretta has been my favorite country artist for years and years! I love her down home way and she has touched so many with her life. I need to get out my Coal Miners Daughter and watch it-it is one of my very favorite movies.
I was really excited to hear about her putting out 2 new cds-i know they will be great.
