I am the brother of Joany Rodriguez..He past away on Sep. 1 2006 there is no answer to who saw him last,if anyone knows any thing please contact me at cecy1salinas@yahoo.com...We really need to know his last moments if anyone can help please do so we need the closure to this. Thank you
