Studies show the only 4% those who look at child poor will actually physically act on a child. Also the recidivism rate for child porn offences is second to the lowest of any other crime (murder being the first). You advocate putting picture looking prevs in prison while the molesters go free. Could you cite your source? I'm a bit of a statistics nut, and I haven't seen any data on the recidivism rates for child pornography charges.
