Birkhead: 'I'll Sue If Book Says I Had Gay Affair with Stern'

Birkhead also swore he would sue Ross after the story was published that he had an affair with Birkhead who was in the closet, but Larry never sued him or the Enquirer over it.(must have been true) So he didn't care enough about that story to sue after all? So what's the problem, he just doesnt want people to think he did Howard?

What Rita is saying makes sense to me. I remember thinking many of these things as the events unfolded, I thought it was obvious that they had made some sort of deal.
One of the things that struck me was the description of the room at the time. The dirty sheets she was laying in with blood and pus from the abscess. The vomit in the bathroom. I thought at the time-geezzz Stern didn't care enough about her to call housekeeping? Or to have the so called nurse change the sheets? Gross. She died in a dirty room, in a filthy bed but Stern wants to "protect her memory"? And there was no evidence that he was ever her "lover". What a joke.

By the way, When is the inquest about Daniel's death?

Birkhead is **** as a three dollar bill. So is Howard K. Stern. It's so obvious.
As for Rita Cosby, I don't think she would have made such allegations in her book if they weren't true, it would cost her one hell of a lot of dough in lawsuits and would trash her credibility as a journalist.
I don't really care for Cosby that much but she does have an impeccable record for factual reporting - Clinton subpoena, Gary Condit, DC snipers, etc.

The focus shouldn't be on whether or not either Larry or Howard are gay. Who the hell cares if they are. It's their business NOT ours. There are far more important issues here then the sexuality of a couple of guys.
What should be looked into is the reason why there wasn't much of an investigation into the deaths of Anna or her son. The Doctors who provided the drugs, her so called friends who pretty much sat back and watched her die. The fact that it took so long to call 911...why Moe first called Howard then the hotel, and why the front desk place the 911 call. Why the so called nurse didn't start CPR immediately...There are so many questions in regards to the life and death of Anna and her son...none of which are being answered.
I haven't read Rita's book. Don't know that I ever will. I just hope that she talks about more then whether or not Howard and Larry are or were Lovers. Anything for an extra dollar I guess...

It does not really matter if they are gay or not. It matters what they are up to with tha baby!! That is what is scary

On an interview with the author she also says that there are photos of Daniel dead and lying next to his grieving mother. HKS admitted he took those photos but never explained why.
She kept implying all the time that she has proof to back up everything she is saying and if anyone of them want to take her or the publisher to court she is ready for them.
So it sounded as though she has some video tape proof (from Ben Thompson when he took stuff from his mansion?) to paperwork and so on. She also said that ET would not talk to her because it is clear they are on HKS and LB side as they are the two men selling off the goods. LB has done everything he can so far to sell his daughter to the tabliods and is exploiting that child. HKS is still in charge of the estate.
She kept saying she has the proof if they want to go to court...so I am thinking it is true. Lets see what LB and HK$ do now.

Oh, Peggy, that is a thought. That baby with that lurid bunch is worrisome. Also, that baby has been through enough of being sold constantly at every opportunity. What will they be filming next?

Also, how could Larry sue a man who said he had sex with Larry when the man passed a lie detector test, and Larry knew he was telling the truth?

Larry's pictures with the baby were tasteless. What was wrong with a picture of a father holding his little girl, standing or sitting in a chair, wearing a shirt? Regular people aren't really interested in seeing him, they just enjoyed seeing the baby. But now the public is disgusted that he is utilizing the baby for an income.
What happened to all he said in court to the Judge? Also, teaching a baby who is almost a year old to suck on a pacifier is ridiculous. People try to get babies OFF pacifiers, and he was said to be sharing her bottle, when she should have been on regular baby food. Larry needs to grow up and to stop selling that baby. Does that baby have a qualified Nanny or are a bunch of dopeheads hanging around her? We all want to know that Danielynn has a stable life with appropriate care. It is stressful having to worry about such things when a helpless baby's happiness and security are at stake.
