I am getting ready to buy the America 865cc, took me forever to get all the information on it and to finally come to this decision. But I have one last question, and this one is for everyone out there who owns a Triumph.

Are there any running problems that people consistently run into with these motorcycles? Any constant repairs, constant adjustments and any of the such that needs to be mentioned?

I've had absolutely no problems at all with my America. Only done 8k so far but all good

I had an o8 America until I totaled it out at the end of last October. It had 3300 miles on it at the time. After recuperating I went and got an 09 America in June and it has about 4300 miles on it. The only problem (other than the accident) was a broken spedo cable on the new one which was replaced under warranty otherwise I would highly reccommend it. Great Bike!!!
