Hi, i have only had my Triumph Tiger one week, but it started leaking coolant at a set of traffic lights today, not just a bit lots. It was not overheating as the temp was only at halfway. Does anybody know of a cure, or reason as to why this may happen.

Thanks

Simon

3 possibles: You said "lots" so here is prioritized troubleshooting:
1. The white plastic "L" tube that goes into the top of your coolant reserve tank (top right side of cockpit) is fractured, and needs to be replaced. Buy replacement from Triumph, or buy equivalent at any auto parts store. Remove cockpit to do this.
2. Your stock Triumph Radiator Cap (under tank, forward, left side) is flawed (and I mean, brand new it what I think is a flawed design). Replace with Subaru Outback 2003 2.5-liter engine cap (16 PSI, 1.1 Atmosphere) or get aftermarket equivalent(google search "Triumph radiator cap NAPA" (if you have NAPA in UK.
3. Loose metal hose bands on coolant hoses. Almost all can be tightened without removing gas tank. Make them tight, but don't overdo it.-Psycho in New Mexico USA

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Capricorn

You're in an industrious mood but you'll be happiest if you can be left to your own devices as much as possible. It's not that you're feeling unfriendly, simply that you won't be able to concentrate very well if you're surrounded by lots of people. If you haven't even started writing your Christmas cards yet, try to remedy that at some point today.
