Your post is kinda confusing. Do you want to buy a new 50cc Roketa or a 2008 Roketa? Or are you wanting to sell one? I bought a new Roketa 50cc in 2007 for $899 (free shipping). The prices for a Roketa 50cc haven't changed much in the 4 yrs since. I just checked the internet and found a brand new 2012 50cc Roketa for $875 (+ shipping). A 2008 Roketa 50cc even in excellent condition is not worth didley crap. They are poor quality Chinese junk.

Roketa MC-08 Maui 50cc Scooter: Brand New, Delivered and Uncrated Yesterday. Battery Charged and installed correctly. Gas Tank full. No Start: Yes, it turns over. But, it does not start, turning throttle does not help. Checked Fuel Filter, no gas in it. Removed the fuel line and blew into it_the gas tank bubbled immediately- No block. No gas would drain from that line. Removed the vacuum line from Carb and sucked-Gas spewed from the fuel line into the fuel filter. Put all the parts back correctly---Still no start, for a second it acted like it would but I am assuming that was from what gas was still in the fuel filter.
So What's the problem? Vacuum Valve and if so how do you fix it? Fuel pump, it's supposed to be gravity fed? Would it still be the spark plug with all of these other issues?
Its a 2011 with 0.5 miles on it.

I would open the drain on the bowel of the carb, Put some vacuum on the fuel tap line and wait to see fuel drain out of the bowel, This will also rinse the lines and bowel.

Of course it could be the spark plug or plug wire. Chinese scooters are bad for lousy plugs.

I have a roketa 54B..It ran fine a month ago, then I tore it apart to work on the swingarn bushings & after putting everything back together I took it for a ride & it bogs down at 55-65 mph...it will lose power & the when I pull over it stalls, but when I start it back up,it idles fine & I can take back off until it does it again...I have replaced the fuel filter, the coil,I've cleaned the carb twice & inspected the diaphram & it seems to be good...I also cleaned the airfilter.....I ran a bead of silicone between the intake & engine to make sure it's sealed...I checked the airbox for cracks & found one where the pipe going to the carb goes into the airbox....It sounds like it's starving for gas.. hope to get some info to get this problem fixed....Thanks Bob
